When you buy an account you receive the login details directly at handover. You must change the email and password immediately to secure it — cover is void if you do not.

Every account purchase includes 7 days of cover: if the account is banned within 7 days of delivery, we provide a service on that account free of charge to make up for it. Because credentials are revealed on delivery, accounts are not refundable, but the 7-day cover applies instead. Using purchased or modded accounts can be against a game's terms of service; we do not pretend the risk is zero and reduce it through experience.

How handover works: check out with Stripe, track the order live from your dashboard, and receive the full credentials — including the email login — typically within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Change the email and password immediately and the account is permanently yours.
