Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Zeus Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Zeus Services provides digital in-game services across multiple games, including:

  • Account Services: Modded or premium accounts with unlocks and progression
  • Boosting Services: Rank progression, leveling, seasonal progression
  • Topup Services: In-game currency, premium currency, and credits
  • Supported Games: GTA 5, Fortnite, Rocket League, Forza Horizon 6, and additional games as added

All services are delivered digitally and are considered intangible goods once started or completed.

2. Game Publisher Disclaimer & Risk Acceptance

CRITICAL: Services provided by Zeus Services may violate the Terms of Service of game publishers including Rockstar Games, Epic Games, Psyonix, and others.

  • Zeus Services is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher
  • Game publishers actively enforce their Terms of Service against third-party services
  • We cannot prevent, predict, or guarantee protection against publisher enforcement
  • Each publisher has different policies and risk levels

By purchasing from us, you fully acknowledge and accept that:

  • Your account may be reset, suspended, or permanently banned by the game publisher
  • Game publishers may take enforcement action at any time without warning
  • These consequences are entirely outside our control
  • We cannot reverse game publisher actions or provide compensation for them
  • Different games have different ban risk levels - research the specific game's policies before purchasing

You proceed at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any outcomes.

3. No Refund Policy (Important)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO refunds are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Account bans, suspensions, or resets by game publishers
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Buyer regret or change of mind
  • Delays caused by the buyer
  • Game publisher enforcement actions
  • Service incompleteness due to buyer factors
  • Any publisher penalties or restrictions

Once a service has been started or completed, it is considered fulfilled.

4. Free Recovery / Compensation Policy

We may offer free recovery services only if the buyer strictly follows our guidance.

Safety Guidelines:

  • Follow all instructions provided by Zeus Services staff
  • Respect activity limits specific to your game (e.g., daily spending, progression rates)
  • Do not engage in suspicious activity that could trigger publisher detection
  • Maintain normal gameplay patterns and avoid rapid account changes

Free Service Eligibility:

  • If you follow our safety guidance AND receive a ban → you may be eligible for a free one-time service
  • If you ignore our guidance → no free service will be provided
  • Any ban caused by ignoring instructions → buyer accepts full responsibility
  • Eligibility is determined at Zeus Services' sole discretion

5. Service Delivery & Queue System

  • All services are handled using a queue-based system
  • Orders are completed in the order they are received
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Service Hours:

We are fully operational daily from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM (UK time).

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next service window.

6. Discord Ticket Requirement (Mandatory)

After purchasing, the buyer MUST open a ticket in our official Discord server.

The ticket must include:

  • Order ID / proof of purchase
  • Platform (PC)
  • Account login details (as requested)
  • Clear description of what is to be done on the account
  • Confirmation of availability during service hours

Services will NOT begin until a valid ticket is opened.

7. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) & Buyer Availability

To complete services, temporary account access is required, including 2FA codes.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • 2FA codes may be required from:
    • Your platform (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Rockstar Launcher)
    • Email authentication if set up on your account
  • You must be actively available to provide these codes in a timely manner
  • Delays caused by missing or late 2FA codes are the buyer's responsibility
  • If you cannot be reached for 2FA verification, the service will be paused

8. Unresponsiveness & Order Cancellation

If a buyer becomes unresponsive for more than 24 hours, including failure to:

  • Provide login details
  • Provide required 2FA codes
  • Respond to staff messages in Discord
  • Confirm account access or service details

Then:

  • The order will be considered abandoned
  • The order will be cancelled without notice
  • NO refund will be issued

9. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You understand and accept ALL risks associated with modded accounts
  • You will follow all instructions provided by our team
  • You will provide correct and complete information
  • You will not attempt fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals
  • You will not resell or redistribute accounts or services to third parties

Any abuse of payment systems (Stripe, banks, payment disputes, etc.) will result in:

  • Permanent refusal of service
  • Evidence submitted to the payment provider
  • Possible legal action

10. Account Security

  • Login details are used only to complete the service
  • Credentials are not stored after completion
  • Buyers are strongly advised to change passwords immediately after service delivery
  • Zeus Services is not responsible for issues caused by:
    • Incorrect login details provided by buyer
    • Buyer-side password changes during service
    • Email compromises or account takeovers
    • Delayed responses to security prompts

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Suspicious account activity or fraud indicators
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Abusive communication
  • Violation of any terms in this agreement

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Contact & Support

Support is provided exclusively through our official Discord server and designated support channels.

Email support may be available for account recovery or billing inquiries only.

DISCLAIMER: By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above, including the risks associated with third-party services, the final nature of all sales, and the potential for game publisher enforcement actions.
